楊龍濤先生，畢業於悉尼科技大學，工商管理碩士、金融與計算機雙學士，兼具國際化視野與跨領域專業背景。2017年出任澳大利亞國際商業科技學院董事，2019年擔任艾岱國際入學考試系統董事，深度參與教育科技與國際化業務拓展。2022年創立香港沃森科創集團，聚焦人工智能與教育產業融合創新；2025年發起潤賢書院，致力於以AI技術重構教育生態，推動優質教育資源的全球化發展。其核心戰略圍繞“技術賦能教育，創新驅動國際化”，旨在通過科技手段提升教育效率與公平性，打造面向未來的智慧教育解決方案。
*Mr. Steven Longtao Yang, Graduared from UTS, holds an MBA with bachelor's degrees in Finance and IT, combining global vision with cross-disciplinary expertise. In 2017, he became a director of the International Institute of Business and Technology Australia, and in 2019, he joined the board of IDAT where he contributed to the advancement of edtech and global business expansion. In 2022, he founded Watson IT Group in Hong Kong, focusing on AI-driven innovation in education. In 2025, he established Sageon Academy, dedicated to reshaping education through AI and promoting the globalization of high-quality educational resources. His core strategy revolves around "empowering education with technology and driving internationalization through innovation," aiming to enhance educational efficiency and equity while developing next-generation smart education solutions.
